  • Planned calls — the number of calls assigned to the agent from the active contact list

  • Successful calls — calls that resulted in a positive outcome or order
  • Weekend planned calls — calls planned for the weekend based on contact lists from a different day, giving agents advance visibility into upcoming workload
  • Call effectiveness — the ratio of successful outcomes to total calls made
  • Standard Genesys metrics such as ASA, SLA, handle time, and availability

Agents can only ever see their own data — no access to teammate or supervisor metrics — ensuring focus and privacy.

Team Ranking

A live ranking board shows each agent where they stand within their own team. Rather than simply displaying a leaderboard, the ranking is paired with personalised motivation messages that adjust based on the agent's current position — encouraging agents who are climbing and recognising those at the top. This creates a sense of healthy competition without exposing individual performance to other teams or management levels.

Gamification & Achievement Toasts

To sustain motivation during long campaign cycles, agents receive real-time achievement notifications when they hit key performance milestones. These appear as toast notifications directly in the dashboard:
